AYTC's role is to cultivate a healthy and trusting therapeutic relationship with your child. The space created allows children the safety needed to be open and honest in addressing adverse events and/or chronic stress. AYTC will help your child grow a strong relationship with their inner self by learning how to understand what their emotions are communicating. AYTC will support your child in recognizing how their thoughts effect behaviors. AYTC will then assist your child in making sense of their world while learning how to effectively manage and express their difficult emotions.
